The Role

We're looking for a Senior Mortgages Transformation Lead to join our Banking & Payments team. Youll work with Tier 1 banks, building societies and specialist lenders to shape and deliver high‑impact mortgage strategies and transformation programmes. Acting as both subject matter expert and product owner youll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences, streamlining operations and enabling commercial growth through innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead large‑scale mortgage transformation initiatives as SME or Product Lead
• Design strategic roadmaps focused on efficiency, customer outcomes and business value
• Develop compelling business cases and target operating models for mortgage propositions
• Provide business oversight and subject‑matter expertise across change programmes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated forward‑thinking solutions

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in financial services with a deep focus on mortgages and secured lending
• Proven ability to lead transformation across strategy design, mobilisation and delivery
• Strong consulting or industry background with hands‑on exposure to the mortgage lifecycle
• Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders and resolving complex design and delivery issues
• Expertise in digital lending platforms, fintech innovation and API‑based solutions
