Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in site management, particularly with mechanical projects.
• Competence in managing mechanical systems, including chillers and pipework.
• Valid SMSTS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and BMS activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Health & Safety standards.
• Lead work in a noise-sensitive basement environment.
