Opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager at a leading B2B tech business. Demand generation focused role based in London.

Responsibilities
- Setting the overarching plan for each business unit, supported by the Head of Marketing.
- Managing a small team of marketers at Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager levels.
- Owning, managing and maintaining the combined budget for the two business units, supported by the Head of Marketing.
- Evaluating all marketing campaign ideas raised by the business unit, ensuring it is well thought out, logical, feasible, and in line with marketing and business objectives.
- Delivery of regular campaign reports to your sales managers and Head of Marketing.
- Ownership of marketing campaigns for a select group of focus sectors and priority services within your business units.
- Guiding and coaching team members on marketing best practices, setting standards, and driving processes where needed.
- Supporting the Head of Marketing with the execution of the PR strategy for the Consumer & Market Intelligence division, working alongside a PR agency.
- Identifying market trends and understanding how they translate to the business, to drive campaign ideation.
- Taking ownership of ensuring every campaign delivered by you and your team has purpose and is designed to drive genuine leads.
- Ownership of campaign sign-off for your team, ensuring they are always of a high standard before launch.
- Leading on brand advocacy, guiding your team and stakeholders on how to positively represent the business in every marketing and customer facing engagement.
- Identifying, evaluating and pitching new initiatives that align to your business unit, your target audiences, and contribute to relevant growth goals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in lead generation and multi-channel campaign delivery.
- Strong knowledge of the MQL/SQL funnel and marketing-sales alignment.
- Hands on experience with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people development skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
