What you’ll be doing

As Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager, you’ll design and implement frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs, ROI, and business objectives. You’ll monitor performance, analyse trends, and provide clear recommendations that influence future strategies.

You’ll lead competitor benchmarking and market intelligence projects, using advanced analytics techniques like marketing-mix modelling, econometrics, and A/B testing to quantify impact. You’ll use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and more daily, to give perspective to marketing data.

You’ll work with Marketing, Digital Delivery, Product, Finance, and external partners to ensure insights drive decision-making. You’ll also present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that inform leadership and shape business growth.

What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Experience as a Marketing Analytics Manager or similar
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
  • Strong PowerBI/Tableau experience
  • Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and website technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data driven background that’s been applied in a marketing environment
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is a bonus
