Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Manufacturing / Process Engineering experience.
• Experience in the Aerospace industry preferred.
• NEBOSH certification preferred.

• Support best practices including FMEA and SPC.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes for efficiency improvements.
• Streamline workflows to enhance process efficiency.
• Utilise metrics for data-driven decision-making.
• Support lean culture development.
