Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for treasury products, including trading execution, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Lead a compact team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA, PRA, and international standards).
• Optimize operational processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with front and middle office teams to support trading strategies and product innovation.
• Monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring robust controls and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems and workflows to support scalability.

Requirements:
