Qualifications

• 5+ years in Destination Management, Tour Operating, and Product Development experience in tourism or in the luxury cruise/hotel/land segment.
• Able to communicate with clients and internal management.
• Capable of conducting travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a portfolio of land-based experiences.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure partners meet brand standards.
• Manage P&L for land experiences, including budgeting and pricing strategy.
