Job description

Fixed term contract opportunity for 9 months.

The role requires significant experience managing the delivery of Biddable activity and experience of team management. The ideal candidate will be confident managing client relationships, organising a team around operational rituals and be an expert in their craft.

You will be part of an international team of 20 multi-channel activation specialists, largely based in London plus several team members in offshore activation hub in India. This role reports to an Activation Director and is integrated into all aspects of biddable marketing (programmatic, social & PPC) for the client and its many products. The successful candidate will be a focal point for leading optimisation practices, will lead testing & measurement programmes and will find innovation in areas of data & technology. You will be a trusted advisor, accountable for key strategic activation projects. You will collaborate with the Activation Director to blueprint & integrate new technology and processes into existing systems and ensure success and adoption.

This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong programmatic background to gain experience in new channels, step-change their management experience in one of the largest media agencies delivering award-winning work on a daily basis.

About You
  • Lead multi-channel planning and buying across Search, Social, and/or Programmatic
  • Own stakeholder relationships, guiding long-term vision, growth opportunities
  • Oversee performance across multiple global accounts, ensuring quality, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Advocate best-practice adoption across teams and drive innovation in bidding, automation, AI tools, and audience strategy.
  • Manage budgets and forecasting at portfolio or multi-market level.
  • Develop team capability: training, mentoring, and shaping operational processes.
  • Work closely with near and offshore teams, ensuring close collaboration and strong partnerships
  • Escalate risks, ensure compliance, and provide strategic POVs on industry shifts (privacy changes, platform updates).
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to oversee multiple workflows, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-channel teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
