• Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Senior Maintenance Engineer to be the first point of contact for production on A Shift. You'll coordinate and mentor a small team of engineers, lead fault‑finding at the line, and build a fix‑first‑time culture that reduces unplanned downtime.

Key Responsibilites

• Lead and coordinate the A Shift maintenance team on the shop floor, prioritising work to maximise uptime.
• Act as the go‑to for operations during production issues, triaging breakdowns and directing the team to respond quickly and safely.
