Job description
Shape the logistics engine behind one of Europe's most ambitious builds.

If you thrive in complexity, influence at senior levels, and love turning messy data into clear, actionable direction, this role puts you right where it counts.

What You’ll Lead

You’ll be the force that brings every material requirement, from every project and workstream, into one unified logistics signal. Your work ensures the right materials arrive at the right time — enabling safe, continuous construction across a mega‑project environment.

Expect your week to involve:

  • Demand Integration: Pulling together inbound and outbound material needs from multiple HPC teams and contractors.
  • Data Assurance: Challenging, validating and consolidating data from several systems to produce accurate, trusted logistics outputs.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackling discrepancies head‑on — whether it’s damaged goods, quarantine stock, or mismatched data — and escalating smartly when needed.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Working across engineering, construction, commercial, suppliers, and senior leadership to keep everyone aligned to a single logistics picture.
  • Strategic Influence: Translating complexity into clarity for Director and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Framework Development: Driving the creation and improvement of logistics frameworks, KPIs, and operating processes.

Your work underpins a simple but critical vision: Right materials. Right place. Right time.

What You Bring
  • Degree‑level education.
  • 5+ years senior leadership experience in logistics or supply chain planning within regulated sectors (nuclear, energy, aerospace, or similar).
  • Strong integration management experience across large, multi‑workstream environments.
  • Confidence presenting complex information to senior audiences.
  • Familiarity with logistics methodologies for major infrastructure builds.
