• 3-5 years’ experience in logistics or 3PL operations.
• Proven Groupage and Fashion logistics experience is essential.
• Strong customer-facing contract management and KPI/SLA experience.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and contractual performance for two key contracts.
• Lead on-site warehouse, admin, and customer service teams.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and customer relationships.
• Control operational costs and contract-level P&L performance.
• Ensure Health & Safety and operational compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
