Qualifications

• Significant experience in live/meta/game systems design, with at least one shipped live update you supported post-launch.
• Strong systems, meta, rewards and balance craft. You turn design intent into bands, templates and clear specs.
• Proven economy design & tuning, you’ve fixed inflation/deflation and can operate within price/XP/drop bands.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the levers that move engagement, retention and ARPU/ARPPU through live systems and content.
• Own monetization targets, setting and tracking monthly revenue, conversion and ARPPU.
• Work cross-functionally to shape and ship live features end-to-end.
