About the role: Reporting into the Registered Manager, the Senior Residential Support Worker is responsible for advocating and providing person centred care and supporting our staff team to perform their wide range of duties appropriately and effectively, ensuring they can deliver the best possible care and support to our residents.
Rates of pay:
Level 1 - £13.99, Level 2 - £14.31, Level 3 - £13.99

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the companyvehicle you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
