Salary: £25,000-£28,000 OTE £33,000

Location: Clifton

Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm and rotational Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm with time off in lieu

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Close liaison with: Branch Manager, Listers, Associates, Other Lettings Negotiators

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team in Clifton. Key responsibilities:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with eager Tenants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

Main duties include:

  • Registering interest and arranging viewings: Connecting potential tenants with suitable properties
  • Providing first-class customer service to Landlords and applicants, exceeding expectations
  • Offering personalized attention and managing applicants' needs effectively
  • Managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
  • Setting and surpassing targets, driven by a passion for delivering results
