Overview

Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is looking to join a modern and well-renowned Estate Agents in South East London?

Our client is a successful multi-branch independent agency that has been operating in the London area for over 25 years, who believe in providing both personable, honest and reliable service.

Working Hours

• Full Time
• Monday to Friday
• Some Saturdays on a rota basis with flexibility

Salary/Package

• Competitive basic salary
• Upto circa £50,000OTE
• Additional car allowance of £450 per month.

Requirements

• Ideally, 2 years of experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• A positive and personable attitude.
• Hold a full and valid driving licence.
• Previous experience in working in the London market is desirable.
