A prominent estate agency in Guildford is seeking a Senior Lettings Consultant to join their team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, booking property viewings, and negotiating tenancies. Location: Guildford

Salary: OTE of up to £45,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday - Thursday; 8:45am - 6.00pm, Friday; 8:45am - 5pm, Saturday; 10:00am - 4:00pm (on rota basis). When required to work a Saturday you will be awarded half a day in lieu.
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

The role of a Senior Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding!
Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
Booking and carrying out property viewings
Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
Supporting the Branch Manager where applicable
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Achieving personal and branch sales targets
Representing the company in a professional manner
Building strong relationships internally and externally
Prior experience working as a residential Lettings Consultant.
Excellent sales ability.
High level of customer service skills.
Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
The ability to negotiate.
Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
Be responsive to change.
A full UK driving license
