Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Contracts : Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, distribution agreements, and joint ventures, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
• Construction Projects : Provide legal advice and support on various construction projects, including procurement, contractor agreements, disputes, and claims, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Risk Management : Assess and advise on legal risks, and help develop strategies to mitigate risks related to commercial agreements, construction contracts, and operational activities.
