My client, a growing, PE-backed, consumer-facing business, is looking for a senior legal counsel to join their small legal team. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will work on a diverse range of matters including commercial contracts, M&A, partnerships, data protection, and compliance. The role requires:

• Being a UK-qualified lawyer (5+ PQE) with top-tier law firm training and in-house experience, gained through secondment or permanent employment.
• Proven experience in commercial contracts, ideally within a consumer services business.
• A willingness to diversify and take on broader in-house responsibilities.
• A strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
