Qualifications

• Previous experience in Land Buying within the property sector.
• Genuine passion for land acquisition and development.
• Confident and competent driving with a valid UK driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts.
• Identify sites via targeted marketing efforts.
• Conduct desktop research, analyze data and utilize Land Insight.
• Perform site appraisals, create reports and proposals.
• Manage the offer and negotiation process.
