Job summary

An educational organization in Tetbury is seeking a Senior IT Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will provide IT support across various devices, maintain systems, and assist with infrastructure projects. Candidates should have proven IT Technician experience, particularly in educational environments, and knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Technician, preferably in educational environments.
• Experience must include Windows operating systems, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for various devices including Windows computers and interactive TVs.
• Maintain systems such as Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
• Perform administrative tasks for Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Assist with the Trust’s virtual server infrastructure and client device refresh cycle.
• Travel to other schools as required.

Strong customer service skills

Ability to quickly learn new systems
