Responsibilities

• Provide on-site first and second-line support.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist with managing team workload and ticket queues.
• Support regional offices and deliver weekly reports.
• Configure, build, and deploy firm-standard laptops.
• Maintain hardware inventory and oversee workstation setups.
• Support mobile devices under Intune management.
• Provide audio-visual support for meetings.
• Install, test, and maintain hardware and software applications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
