Project description

Have you successfully managed large-scale IT Products and Security Change / Integration Initiatives? Do you like managing all aspects of agile projects? Are you confident in delivering the objectives and key results within a highly complex cyber security environment? We're looking for an IT Program/Project Manager with sound hands-on experience in the agile delivery environment. You'll be working in the Cyber Security Services organization, in a team which is global, diverse, agile and collaborative, as we work across organizations to keep secure our technology, applications and the businesses they support. We review, develop and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT security with our business counterparts. As an IT project manager / product owner, you'll play an important role in seeing that the development methodology is followed and discuss technical design with the architects, but also pragmatically align decisions with the stakeholders owning and operating solutions that the project team delivers. Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the delivery of IT solutions for Security Monitoring, Orchestration, Automation and Response, aimed at providing detection and response to Cyber Threats.
  • In close collaboration with Security Monitoring Service Owner - manage constant improvements and calibration of the existing SIEM and SOAR platforms, especially integration activities for the target state platform implementation.
  • Manage the budget, risks, dependencies, quality and constant change at product and pod level.
  • Drive effective governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines.
  • Assess and remediate risks and issues, tracking these in the RAID reports.
  • Liaise with the business stakeholders (Cyber Security Service organization, CISO, SOC, CTO, Operations), gaining the go forward decisions and signoffs, for planned and unplanned requests for improvements.
  • Allocate, utilize and direct personnel resources in the pod to drive projects to completion - constantly applying best agile practices, e.g., Scrum.
Skills

Must have

  • worked as an IT program/project manager, Scrum Master, and/or Product Owner, focusing on cyber security, for at least 10 years within the finance sector or large environments
  • managed all facets of large-scale projects, met deliverables and KTLO coordination
  • managed large infrastructure migration initiatives, preferably in Cyber Defense area
  • strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach, lead, enable teams and convince.
  • proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile oriented teams.
  • adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions (non-IT)
  • master's and post-graduate with project management focus or equivalent
  • managed cybersecurity projects, e.g., logging and monitoring, or malware detection
Nice to have
  • beneficial: experience with SIEM and SOAR products.
