Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver outcomes for a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects.
• Develop innovative solutions by integrating and analysing complex information sources.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to create work schedules and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Oversee supplier performance and ensure service levels are met.
• Engage directly with Platform Leads and Technology Leads for alignment.
• Account-manage demand across feature teams within labs.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assist in designing and implementing compliance programmes.
