Qualifications

• Experienced 3rd line Infrastructure Technical Specialist required.
• Dual experience in traditional Infrastructure BAU support and Azure technologies.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Windows technologies and Virtualisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and request fulfilment tickets within SLA.
• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to issues.
• Support projects and initiatives as required.
