You’ll play a key role in shaping ISMS strategies, advising clients in highly regulated environments, mentoring junior colleagues and delivering impactful workshops. Responsibilities

• You will consult medium‑size companies on information security topics
• You will offer ISMS improvements according to ISO27001, BSI and NIS2
• You will provide mentorship and technical guidance for junior colleagues
• You will conduct training courses and workshops
• You will actively develop new and existing business relationships

Required Skills

• You have C1+ German and English language skills
• You have 3+ years of information security consulting experience
• You have knowledge of various IT Security regulations, e.g. ISO27001, NIS2, BSI IT‑Grundschutz, NIST, etc.
• You have deep knowledge of ISMS and can tackle complex challenges

Desired Skills

• You have solid knowledge of banking regulations/guidelines e.g. DORA, PCI, MaRisk, BAIT, etc.
• You have experience consulting German banks
• You have relevant certifications e.g. CISA, CISSP, etc.
