We are working with a leading international hotel group to help them find a Senior HR Manager to join their London-based corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence people strategies across a prestigious portfolio of luxury properties throughout Europe and beyond.

The Role

  • Lead and deliver cross-regional HR initiatives and global projects
  • Partner closely with hotel HR teams and senior stakeholders to drive engagement, performance, and development
  • Oversee compliance with employment legislation and internal HR standards across multiple markets
  • Implement people programs that reinforce a high-performance, service-led culture across the organisation
  • You'll act as a strategic HR business partner, helping shape the employee experience while supporting leadership teams in upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven HR management experience, ideally within a multinational or hospitality-related organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, with an understanding of HR frameworks across Europe
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, comfortable working across diverse cultures and regions
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle and delivering HR projects at a senior level
  • Passionate about people and building high-performing teams
  • Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service-led sectors
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification
