With a culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence, they’re rapidly expanding their Human Factors capability to meet growing demand across Defence and high-hazard industries. Due to this continued growth, they are looking to appoint Human Factors Consultants and Senior Human Factors Consultants to drive forward this success.

The Senior Human Factors Consultant Role
  • Lead and manage Human Factors work packages across complex engineering and safety programmes
  • Deliver high-quality technical assessments supporting safety cases and human-based safety claims
  • Mentor junior consultants and support team development
  • Engage with clients and contribute to business development and bidding activity
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the business
Senior Human Factors Consultant Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in Human Factors integration within high-hazard or Defence-related industries
  • Strong capability in Human Factors Safety Assessment and Human Reliability Analysis (HEART, THERP, task analysis)
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering, or Industrial Design
  • Chartered or working towards CIEHF Registered status
  • Knowledge of UK and international Human Factors standards and guidance
