What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll lead and inspire a team of two, working closely with the wider HR function and key stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and pay structures
  • Managing our company vehicle fleet in line with safety and commercial standards
  • Enhancing our total benefits offering to attract and retain top talent
  • Leading annual HR processes including surveys and pay reviews
  • Overseeing payroll operations and mitigating business risk
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, external providers, and trade unions
  • Ensuring pension administration is accurate and compliant
  • Staying ahead of legislative changes (e.g. gender pay reporting, national living wage)
