This is a newly created opportunity to join a team of HR professionals at a renowned educational establishment in Oxford on a permanent basis. This role is based in the city centre, so you should be prepared to commute via public transport or park and ride.

You’ll be joining a newly formed team of 5 in the HR department at a global leader in education. The organisation employee 450 people across 3 departments and you will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in world. You’ll be working in newly renovated offices, on a hybrid working basis.

Description
  • Manage and oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Support Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR on a variety of upcoming improvement projects.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
  • Management of an HR Officer, proving guidance and supporting their further development.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes for staff members.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Profile
  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Examples of support & HR Advice provided in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and managing employee data.
