A leading HR consultancy in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support people initiatives within the legal and financial sectors. The role requires strong generalist HR experience and expertise in employee relations. Candidates should ideally be CIPD qualified and possess the ability to manage complex HR issues professionally. This position offers a hybrid working model and competitive salary.

We are actively recruiting for a Senior HR Executive to join a well-established legal client based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a critical role for the organisation and will play a key part in supporting the wider people agenda across the business.
We are specifically looking to engage with HR professionals who have experience working within Legal, Financial Services, or other Professional Services / LLP environments, where commercial awareness, confidentiality, and stakeholder management are essential.
