Overview

Senior HR Executive – Location: Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid working model). Salary: Circa £60,000 (depending on experience). Sector: Legal / Financial Services / LLP.

We are actively recruiting for a Senior HR Executive to join a well-established legal client based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a critical role for the organisation and will play a key part in supporting the wider people agenda across the business.

We are specifically looking to engage with HR professionals who have experience working within Legal, Financial Services, or other Professional Services / LLP environments, where commercial awareness, confidentiality, and stakeholder management are essential.

As a trusted HR partner, you\'ll be part of a collaborative and supportive HR function, working closely with leaders across the business to deliver value across a range of people initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as a true business partner to senior leaders and teams
  • Providing guidance and support on all aspects of employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice
  • Driving talent development and supporting workforce planning initiatives
  • Leading or contributing to projects across areas such as organisational change, engagement, reward, and performance
  • Supporting succession planning, L&D, and retention strategies
  • Advising on policy, process, and governance across the employee lifecycle
About You
  • You\'ll have strong generalist HR experience, within a legal, financial, or professional services environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Confident operating at a senior level, influencing and advising leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong ER expertise with the ability to manage complex and sensitive issues with professionalism
  • Track record of delivering people strategies and operational HR support in a fast-paced, knowledge-based environment
  • Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above), or equivalent experience
