Overview

We're looking for a Senior HR Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Llangefni!

Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support to the HR Team and assist with ensuring that our policies and procedures are implemented and maintained across Huws Gray
  • Co-ordinating and responding to the team HR Support queries
  • Answering general queries from colleagues/managers/external customers via various methods
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with all sensitive data
  • Maintaining and updating the HR system with colleague data
  • Liaising directly with the branch network as well as the senior teams
  • Assisting and supporting the colleague lifecycle from starter to leaver including recruitment, employment contracts, induction, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, pay and benefits

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of people
  • Sensitivity and objectivity in dealing with confidential issues
