We are seeking an interim Senior HR Advisor - maternity cover to join the London team in support of our Human Resources for the UK.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will provide the necessary support to the UK Support office and Hotel teams by managing the following responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
HR Advisory :
  • Engagement Survey : support with formalisation and follow‑up of the action plan.
  • L&D : support with training arrangements and compliance.
  • Wellbeing : follow‑up on MHFA refreshers, H&S risk assessments and other general wellbeing initiatives as required.
  • Employee Cycle : support with recruitment as required and manage employee’s exit interviews (GMs & HQ only).
  • Employee Relations : support with note taking, investigation management and general admin as required.
  • Produce own correspondence, maintain records in a timely and efficient manner
  • Effectively communicate to your key stakeholders and elevate cases when necessary.
  • Create and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose, meet our legal obligations under employment law and they are representative of the culture and values of the business.
  • Maintain a full knowledge of employment law & HR best practice and in conjunction with the HR team, ensure that all legislative changes (including GDPR) are accurately reflected in company policies, handbooks, templates etc.
  • Work closely with the UK Payroll team to answer any complex / escalated HR / Payroll queries.
  • Support business stakeholders in the quarterly staff engagement surveys (Pulse) and follow up with the business managers to share feedback and generate an action plan.
  • Support the HR Team in the recruitment process of any open vacancies as and when needed.
Compliance Support
  • Compliance : Support with RTW updates & webinars, draft the relevant communication, support in contracts review and handbook review as needed.
  • Ensure advice given is legally compliant and in line with Company policies and procedures.
