A leading regulatory body in the UK seeks an experienced HR Administrator to join their Operations Division in Edinburgh. This role involves managing HR enquiries, processing changes, and collaborating on HR initiatives while providing operational support. Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing senior-level HR administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all processes.
  • Prior experience handling high volumes of HR transactions efficiently while maintaining service quality and timeliness.
  • Experience updating and maintaining HR systems with exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR colleagues and business teams to deliver accurate case management services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Manage complex and sensitive HR queries independently.
  • Process employment changes maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations Manager on MI reporting and process improvements.
  • Work with HR Business Partners on wellbeing initiatives.
