Job summary

You will be responsible for improvement schemes, drainage strategies, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in civil design and a degree in Civil Engineering. This role is based in Leicester Forest East, UK and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ post‑graduate experience in highways and civils design.
• Strong background in design and layout of infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering S278, S184, S38, and S104 schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical delivery of highways and civils infrastructure schemes.
• Prepare designs in line with legislation, standards, and best practice.
• Manage tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
