We’re hiring two Middleweight Graphic Designers to join our growing creative teams across two leading agencies in our group. These roles are ideal for designers with a sharp eye for performance-driven ad creative, particularly within Meta Ads, and a passion for combining visual impact with commercial results. You’ll work closely with our Art Director, internal design and strategy teams, and directly with clients to create high-converting paid social assets and support broader brand and marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
• Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
• Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
• Maintain and evolve the agency’s visual identity in line with strategic goals.
• Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics.

• Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.

• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus—but not essential.
