This is the role and main tasks

As Senior Global Events Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, management, and flawless execution of industry and major global events that elevate our brand, build pipeline, and engage our target audience. You will act as primary liaison and team‑lead for all internal stakeholders, cross‑team partnerships, & external vendors, to ensure every event delivers memorable experiences and measurable business impact.

More specifically, you will:

  • Drive the planning and execution of Tier 1 global events and sponsorships, from booth design and logistics to on‑site operations
  • Oversee end‑to‑end project management: timelines, branding, vendor contracts / negotiations, hospitality, registration, hotel blocks, travel coordination, food and beverage, entertainment, AV & production and budget tracking
  • Ensure flawless on‑site execution, including booth setup, demos, executive engagements, and customer/partner meetings
  • Track performance against KPIs and deliver post‑event recaps with actionable recommendations, as well as manage budget forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain industry’s best practices, knowledge, & trends. Provide internal teams & stakeholders with innovative ideas and creative solutions.

You will join a passionate, collaborative marketing team dedicated to building our brand and driving business growth through exceptional event experiences. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing, as well as external agencies and vendors, to ensure every event aligns with our strategic goals and messaging. You will report directly to our Corporate Marketing Director.

Who we are looking for

We are searching for a master operator with deep expertise in executing large‑scale, high‑profile events. You are comfortable working cross‑functionally, thrive in fast‑paced global environments, are highly organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Your ability to collaborate, manage multiple projects, and drive results will be key to your success.

Moreover, you:

  • Bring 5+ years of event‑related project/program management experience driving and managing large‑scale events
  • Have proven expertise in end‑to‑end event execution, including booth builds, sponsorships, logistics, and on‑site management
  • Experience with PM or Event Management software’s (Cvent, Monday, etc.) is a plus
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, including vendor management and budget oversight
  • You’re energized by travel and open to approximately 10–12 trips per year.
