Senior FSCS Delivery & Control Manager, Retail Bank, London, £100,000, 2 Days Hybrid

My Retail Banking client are looking for a Senior FSCS Delivery and Control Manager to join the Delivery Function in Product.

The role holder will become the SME and evangelist for all things FSCS. Responsible for ensuring, process are aligned to regulations, effectively controlled, tested and governed.

They are looking to offer up to £100,000 Basic + Bonus + Pension. They are based in Central London and are Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office.

In the role you will:

• Lead planning prioritisation and delivery of all enhancements to the banks FSCS Processes.
• Develop controls and processes to report and align to Regulations.
• Regularly report progress and performance.
• Manage Quarterly testing and annual attestation.
• Work Closely with Risk, Compliance, Data and Governance teams to ensure all risks relation to FSCS are managed and governed.

We are looking for:

• Strong Understanding of FSCS and Associated PRA Rules.
• Previous experience of Data Governance
• Solid track history of risk and controls.
