Qualifications

• At least 8 years' experience in a food safety and auditing role.
• Internal & external audit experience with GFSI accreditations.
• Qualified to degree level with a passion for Asian inspired food.

Responsibilities

• Conduct food safety audits against the itsu grocery food safety standard.
• Support maintenance of food safety & quality management system.
• Create food safety and authenticity surveillance programme.
