Senior Financial Planning Analyst/ Finance Business Partner

Are you a fully qualified, experienced FP&A or Finance Business Partnering professional looking to step into a high impact role with real strategic influence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your insights truly shape business direction?

The Role: Senior Financial Planning Analyst/ Finance Busines Partner

Reporting directly to the Head of Group FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the Group. Acting as a key business partner to senior stakeholders across Finance and Commercial teams, you'll deliver meaningful analysis, influence strategic decisions and help lead financial planning and reporting processes, an assertive approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Business partnering with senior leaders to understand performance and deliver financial insights

  • Ownership of monthly board and executive reporting

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

  • Building and maintaining complex financial models to drive decision-making

  • Supporting strategic projects and investment cases with robust analysis

  • Driving continuous process improvements and best practice reporting

  • Supporting procurement initiatives to ensure best value for spend

What You'll Need to Succeed as an FP&A Finance Business Partner

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) - essential

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, data tools); PowerBI knowledge highly desirable

  • Strong commercial acumen and confident presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Analytical, proactive, and thrives on solving complex business problems

  • Experience in software or SaaS industries is a plus

  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
