Overview

Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance Team. Hybrid working arrangement with a combination of home and office working based at White Rose Park, Leeds. Opportunity to work closely on our service transformation agenda with clinical services, helping them to maximise resources and clinical outcomes. Youll need to be a CCAB qualified accountant with initiative, drive and commitment to work in a complex and changing environment and the drive to deliver quality improvements. Strong communication skills and experience of working with a breadth of stakeholders with competing requirements and the discipline to deliver to strict timetables.

Responsibilities
  • The post holder will be the senior lead finance contact for Directors, General Managers and Budget holders for the Childrens Business Unit.
  • Perform monthly analysis and reconciliation of income, expenditure and budget to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger across all budgets for the Business Unit.
  • Utilise specialist knowledge and expertise to advise and guide budget holders in discharging their accountabilities.
  • Prepare and present regular finance reports for the Business Unit which feed into formal sub-committee reports of the Trust Board.
  • Provide financial advice and support to the business unit's transformation agenda.
