Are you a technically strong and commercially minded accountant looking to make a strategic impact?

We’re working exclusively on a confidential opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and growing finance team. This is a high-impact role that blends technical accounting, FP&A, and strategic business support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead monthly analysis of actuals by legal entity to support FP&A and operational decision-making.
  • Prepare and consolidate IFRS financial statements across multiple global entities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
  • Partner with operations management to provide strategic financial insights.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations, foreign currency translations, and group-level adjustments.
  • Prepare audit-ready working papers and liaise with external auditors.
  • Draft technical accounting memos for complex transactions (e.g., leases, revenue, share-based payments).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and reporting processes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • ICAS, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with 3–5 years post-qualified experience.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and experience in group consolidations.
  • Background in audit or financial reporting (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred).
  • Confident working with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or listed environments is a plus.
  • A proactive, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills.
