Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the AMF business finance function. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the finances for a leading supplier of fresh produce to UK supermarkets, driving both financial performance and operational insight. In this role, you will line manage the AMF Commercial Finance & FP&A team (3 direct reports), partnering closely with the Commercial and Procurement Directors to support revenue growth, profitability, and strategic decision making across the business. You will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, analysing commercial performance, and supporting long term tender negotiations with key customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the AMF Commercial Finance & FP&A team, providing coaching and guidance to direct reports.
• Partner with Commercial and Procurement Directors to provide financial insight and influence business decisions that drive growth and profitability.
• Own the financial reporting for the AMF business, including month end reporting, overhead control, analysis, annual budgeting, and bi monthly reforecasting.
• Provide clear, accurate, and actionable financial information to senior stakeholders, interpreting complex data for non financial managers.
• Collaborate closely with Operations Finance, Senior FBPs, and Group Finance teams to implement best practice, enhance processes, and support end to end decision making.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, driving process improvement and optimising ERP systems (Microsoft D365) and related tools.
• Support customer relationships, including tender negotiations and long term commercial strategy.
