Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the P&L and balance sheet of specific CoStar international products/services. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial data through processing monthly journal entries.
• Deliver month-end results with insightful reporting to business unit leaders; contribute to the monthly management accounts commentary.
• Challenge stakeholders to drive accountability and provide tools to track progress against financial targets within budgets.
• Demonstrate understanding of revenue performance and cost drivers.
• Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with Group Finance to aid key business objectives (e.g., acquisition integrations) and support controls management, including implementation of controls and improvements to international systems, processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with group treasury, tax and payroll to ensure compliance with corporation tax, VAT and payroll tax requirements of international countries.
• Lead coordination with external auditors and facilitate review of the close process, account reconciliations and variance analyses.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience in managing and developing reporting; comfortable with large volumes of data.
• Strong system skills including Oracle and MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query).
• Strong continuous improvement mindset; identify areas for process improvements and implement robust solutions.
• Experience of working to a monthly close cadence.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong project management, time management and communication skills.
• Ideally proficient in one or more European languages, specifically Spanish, German or French.
