Severn Trent Services is looking for a proactive and dependableSenior Field Technicianto join our Infrastructure Services team. You’ll support the Regional Team Manager covering the Home Counties (London, Surrey, Hertfordshire, West and East Sussex, Kent, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire) in delivering high-quality water and drainage projects, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across our MOD and wider contracts.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Lead and supervise field teams on complex and high-risk projects
  • Ensure Health & Safety and equipment compliance
  • Scope, quote, and deliver water and drainage renewal schemes
  • Manage yard stock and support project planning
  • Act as a key liaison between field teams and stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership and field-based experience
  • Knowledge of R&M and new mains/drainage installations
  • A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel

Desirable (training provided):

  • NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely, SSSTS, 360 Excavator Operator
