Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in facilities management with team leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the facilities management team and ensure effective performance management.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and manage service partners.
  • Drive financial management and reporting of service charge budgets.
  • Act as Duty Manager responding to out-of-hours emergencies.
  • Support compliance with health and safety standards.
