Qualifications

• Proven management experience, ideally in a Total Facilities Management environment or Distribution centre.
• Strong financial control is required.
• Experience managing a team of 60 or more colleagues.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office and CAFM platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of TFM services on-site ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 60 colleagues.
• Manage compliance, health & safety, and operational standards for all services.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify efficiencies in service delivery.
