In this role, you’ll thrive in complex environments, collaborating across disciplines to deliver elegant, intuitive solutions that define the standard for visualization experiences. You’ll lead with creativity and systems thinking, leverage design systems, and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation and craft user experiences that delight and inspire.

Responsibilities

  • Craft precise, intuitive interactions that balance user delight with business impact.
  • Partner with UX Research and leverage data and analytics to uncover insights that inform design decisions.
  • Champion human‑centred interaction design, from ideation to prototyping and testing.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers
  • Communicate design rationale through storytelling, presentations, and iterative artifacts, inspiring alignment.
  • Maintain and evolve design/interaction patterns, driving consistency and quality across Autodesk products.
  • Partner with UX research to ensure we're discovering and meeting user needs
  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI‑driven interfaces, motion design, and animation, to innovate future experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of UX design experience working as a UX designer
  • Strong interaction design skills and craft
  • Previous experience working on SaaS products
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience with industry-standard tools like Figma
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing for complex creative applications, 3D tools, gaming, or visualization platforms.
  • Solid understanding of AEC workflows and Autodesk tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Forma.
  • Exposure to AR/VR or immersive design techniques
