You'll own the full life cycle of the executive search process at senior leadership levels, delivering successful recruitment activity to ensure TfL has the right talent, with the right skills, values, and behaviours, in an inclusive organisation, representative of London, where all talents can thrive, delivering our business plan. You'll bring your bold, creative, and strong recruitment perspective of the market and talent acquisition to senior hiring leaders, help build and transform future thinking of talent bringing to life our diversity and inclusion ambitions using creative techniques and transferable skills and industries. Through strong planning and persistent networking efforts you'll be recognised as the talent expert establishing credibility in knowing where talent sits, which employers and industry and where they sit though pre-existing relationships. Your talent expertise will also include internal top talented employees and where their potential career might take them in future at TfL. You'll work with our leaders to drive EVP messaging across social recruitment platforms and implement new processes to drive results that ensure we hire the very best talent to meet business needs.
You'll work with other members of the wider Talent and D&I team to implement succession planning approaches through targeted campaigns and undertaking a review of both internal and external talent pipelines for future priorities. You'll directly wield candidate pipelines internal and external to provide a comprehensive view of talent using creative efforts and positioning TfL as a career destination for each and every senior role. You'll have a relentless focus on priorities in a resource constrained environment, expert problem solver and creative thinker. The Talent team is made up of Organisational Development and Leadership (Talent Management), Early Careers Recruitment and Development, Future Skills as well as Talent Acquisition and Executive hiring. Each area plays a unique and critical role in defining a core arm of the strategy that enables TfL to attract, retain and develop the right levels of talent across a very large matrix organisation. This team is also responsible for developing and shaping the TfL EVP strategy and new sourcing strategies elevating our recruitment approach and practices to be inclusive.
