About The Company

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Managing Director on a predominantly one-to-one basis, with occasional ad hoc support to an additional Senior Managing Director. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the centre of an internationally recognised business, partnering closely with senior leadership in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to become a trusted advisor and key right hand to a highly influential senior executive. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, enabling effective decision-making, and helping drive efficiency across a global remit. For a highly experienced EA with strong commercial awareness and impeccable professionalism, this position presents both challenge and reward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex, ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating global (primarily EMEA) travel, itineraries, and logistics
  • Overseeing and prioritising the inbox
  • Preparing documents, briefing materials, and meeting packs
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate administrative records
  • Serving as a key liaison point internally and externally, building relationships at all levels
  • Navigating senior stakeholders with confidence, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Providing strategic administrative support that enhances productivity and reduces operational pressure
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Extensive experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives within financial or professional services
  • Highly articulate, intelligent, and polished, with exceptional judgement
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work autonomously
  • Strong organisational skills with a natural ability to anticipate needs
  • Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling highly confidential information
Additional Information
  • Location: London, Mayfair – full-time office-based
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
