ABOUT THE ROLE

• General management of Estimating Team;
• Monitor enquiries within the company and speaking directly with customers and end users
• Prepare quotations which incorporate pressing, fabrication, machining and subcontract work
• Work from customer drawings to produce detailed quotations
• Produce accurate and detailed manufacturing cost estimates generated from detailed client manufacturing drawings
• Attend in‑house project meetings when necessary, to enable the successful and cost‑effective running of enquiries
• Be mindful of deadlines and achieve where possible and keep all involved informed of delays

ABOUT YOU

• Highly literate and numerate, commercially astute
• Confidence to deal with decision makers and customers directly
• Proficient in using CRM and CAD software and other sales tools
• A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas

WORKING HOURS

• Monday-Thursday 0800-1700
• Friday 0800-1600
